Founded in 2021 by a dedicated mother and daughter team, we are  committed to addressing the global housing crisis. Our mission is to empower families by offering housing solutions, education, and life skills. We strive to create a brighter future by bridging the gap between affordable housing and homelessness, enabling families to achieve financial stability and secure housing.

The Manifest Transition imagines strong, thriving communities where families can access safe, affordable housing, quality educational support and resources, and reliable support services. Together, these resources promote long-term stability, independence, and growth across generations.

Life Skills

Life skills services provide practical education and support that help individuals build confidence, manage daily responsibilities, and develop the skills needed for independence and long-term stability.

lifelong learning by helping individuals strengthen academic skills, reach educational goals, and expand opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Transitional Housing Support

Provides short- to medium-term housing combined with supportive services to help individuals and families move from housing instability or homelessness toward safe, stable, and independent living
